Cancellation Policy

At Be Well Beyond 40, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and accommodate both your needs and our scheduling, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Consultation Cancellations

  • 48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any fees.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made on the day of the appointment or if you fail to attend your appointment without notice will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service cost.

2. Package or Program Cancellations

  • Refunds: If you have purchased a package or multi-session program and wish to cancel, refunds will be provided pro-rata for unused sessions. A 10% administrative fee will apply to any refunds for packages cancelled mid-way through.

  • Rescheduling: For rescheduling individual sessions within a package, the same 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Repeated cancellations or reschedules within a package may result in forfeiting those sessions at our discretion.

3. Workshops and Group Programs

  • Day Notice: For workshops, group programs, or special events, cancellations made with at least 3 days’ notice will receive a full refund.

  • Less than 3 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations on the day of the event will not be refunded.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
