1) Fitness Coaching Initial Consult: $105
Your initial visit will take up to 45 minutes. This first session includes an in-depth assessment of your fitness habits, goals, and lifestyle, enabling us to develop a customised fitness or workout plan to support your overall wellbeing.
2) Fitness Coaching Follow-Up Consult: $75
Follow-up visits will take up to 30 minutes.
